Panera Bread - Bethel Park

Always my favorite i come here atleast once a week if not more. I love the cinnamon crunch bagels and the everything bagels but they have many other options. Hot and cold/frozen coffee I always get the frozen coffee because it’s so yummy. They have lots of healthy options like soup and salad or salad and sandwich or which ever way you like it but it’s a good alternative to fast food!

I experienced some issues with their Wi-Fi initially, but after restarting my laptop, it worked fine. The food was tasty, similar to what you would find at other Panera locations.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I may have. They are usually prompt with getting my food out on time, but when I order smoothies, they can take a bit longer to come out. This is because the same person who works the register is also responsible for making them, causing a delay for others waiting. Despite this, I enjoy coming here for lunch every day.

My family booked the party room at Panera for my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration! The manager, Rick, was extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. He was prompt in assisting us and also managed to help out other customers at the restaurant. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meals and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this Panera for small parties and casual dining!
