Jersey Mike's Subs - Bethel Park

I waited an additional 25 minutes for my online order after the expected 20-minute wait time. It didn't seem like the restaurant was busy, as I noticed many sandwiches being prepared and served while I waited. It appeared that my Italian hoagie had simply been forgotten; the bag was just sitting there. When I inquired about it, the staff acted as if it was no big deal and that they just needed to make it. There was no apology, just a dismissive response. I understand that working in the service industry can be challenging, so I try not to get upset about these things. However, it would have been nice if they had acknowledged their mistake and offered an apology.

I ordered a #4 with provolone, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo, but all I received was ham. Food rating: 2/5.

The person who took my order was shouting orders to the other staff members. There were too many employees just standing around chatting. My table was dirty, covered in crumbs and damp from drinks that previous customers had spilled. The Philly cheesesteak was bland and only mediocre. For the first time ever, I was asked if I wanted lettuce and tomatoes on my Philly. Moreover, it was quite pricey for lunch! I have no reason to return.

Went for the first time today, great customer service, friendly, clean, and everything sliced fresh as you order. No complaints, will definitely be returning.Vegetarian options: 2 choices of veg options
