The breakfast, simple on paper, turned out to be very pleasant: fresh baguette, warm croissant… an effective combination to start the day right. I also tried a perfectly balanced cookie, as well as a walnut macaron-style tartlet, from a generous display case and entirely homemade. A truly delightful surprise. The café offers a breakfast set menu including a hot drink, juice, a pastry, and half a fresh baguette, with a particularly attractive price-quality ratio. As for the ambiance, the decor and high ceilings, typical of Besançon buildings, create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The service reflects the character of the place: welcoming, attentive, and taking the time to connect with its customers. Rating: Taste: 8/10 Value for money: 9/10

A shame.
