After that, we went next door for some Bloody Marys and witnessed Rob making some amazing cocktails for us. We had a great conversation with Ramon and Jennifer at the bar, and I can't wait to go back, even if it means a 30-minute drive!

The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was vibrant, even though the venue was relatively small. Friendly Tap has two sections, and this time the band played in the smaller one. I didn't sample the food, but I did enjoy a few drinks.

There really is no place quite like... read more I have to admit—I was hesitant to share this review because I want to keep the Friendly Tap Community as a hidden treasure. There really is no place quite like it. They have a bar, a cozy coffee shop, live music, open mic nights, music lessons, an arcade machine filled with 80s games, tasty snacks, and mouthwatering pizza, along with a gallery for shows and various events. If you go there often enough, the incredibly friendly staff will remember your name, and the other regulars will too. Friendly Tap certainly lives up to its name in ways that may surprise you. If you only get a chance to visit once, I highly recommend coming on a Thursday night when there's usually live music—check out my video for a sneak peek of what to expect. And if you do stop by on a Thursday, be sure to ask for me so I can personally welcome you!
