If you crave late night pizza, or you just didn't get a break at work and you get off around 11:30 midnight, and you don't want the usual fast crappy food, Slice Factory is good. You sometimes have to wait a while for your order, if you order something other than a slice of cheese or sausage. If you order directly from them, it's way cheaper than DoorDash or any other food delivery service, and the slices are HUGE. And their salads are also HUGE. I think their best slices are Tropical Barbecue Chicken, Factory Special, and Veggie. (This is not my favorite place for a jumbo slice of sausage pizza; if that's what I crave, I'll go with Anthony's on Cermak if it's before midnight, or DiNico's on Roosevelt after midnight both in Berwyn, too. Don't miss the Nutella bites! They're awesome.

I called for delivery at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday night when the order was finished they told me it would be there in 30 minutes got woke up by my son food was stil... read more I called for delivery at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday night when the order was finished they told me it would be there in 30 minutes got woke up by my son food was still not there at 10:35 p.m. when I called I was informed that they do not have a delivery driver at a certain time and the food was bagged up and sitting there and they were waiting for a doordash to deliver the food and I know I will get a call from my son saying the food was cold terrible service for expensive food $24 for chicken alfredo$8 for a slice of pizza that is cold nice job it was better when it was bocce's

Very grateful for that after a very frustrating day. Edit: Just wanted to add that today's special slice was absolutely PHENOMENAL. Too bad I didn't grab two slices. Thanks, ya'll!
