The staff are friendl... read more This is a lovely, traditional pub full of character. The portions of classic pub fare are generous, making it ideal for two hungry hikers. The staff are friendly, and the beer garden is delightful. We had two drinks and two main courses, and we were in and out in about an hour, just in time to finish our walk. There was no waiting or any issues with service, contrary to what some other reviews mentioned. We would definitely visit again.

The staff was really nice and friendly. It was very busy, as expected for this time of year, but our orders arrived on time, and everyone enjoyed their meals. While the vegetarian menu was somewhat limited, my lasagna was delicious and satisfying. My friends had no complaints about their dishes either. Both the sorbet and the ice cream I had were excellent.

You could not hope that a lovely old place really cozy and traditional, with friendly owners and employees. there is a large selection of traditional pub food and a very nice selection of frequently changing specialties. well cooked, delicious food served in good time. also the beer and the apple wines loved. outside the sitting corner extends into a beer garden with views of the landscape. we recommend the olde globe inn for a great evening in a cozy atmosphere.

They offer classic pub food at affordable prices, and the quality is excellent. The atmosphere of the pub is cozy and inviting. Additionally, they have a fantastic family room with an indoor play area for children, allowing parents to relax and enjoy their meal. This is one of the best pubs in the Ilfracombe area, and I strongly recommend it for a pleasant dining experience.
