However, not only did they not add... read more I can?t believe how bad the service is here. First, I ordered mobile and walked right in. Good was ready in about 8 minutes. However, not only did they not add my drink, but the entire burrito bowl was ice cold. None of the meats (chicken and steak)were warm, not the rice either which appeared in big cold dry and hard clumps. And the counter person seemed so clueless anduninvolved, I couldn?t help but wonder what else they got wrong. Of course they added lettuce which I did not want. In 1 word?Disappointed. In 2 words? Sub Par. In 3 words? Avoid if possible. Unless you?re starving, I?d hit the DQ down the block.

The cashier took my $20 bill and then abruptly stated, "Oh, I can't give you your change?" before walking away. Is it too much to expect the cashier to have change available at 6:00 PM? I would have been fine with saying to keep the $4 in change, but there was no apology or even a heads-up about the situation before I paid in cash. I ultimately paid with a card out of frustration. The management really needs to address the cleanliness, and overall service at this location. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
