I asked for some, and the staff member brought out a ba... read more The service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. When I arrived, there were no forks available. I asked for some, and the staff member brought out a bag of them rather than simply restocking the fork holder. Additionally, the chicken in my bowl was severely burnt, to the point where I couldn't eat it. It had an unpleasant burnt flavor and the overcooked edges were quite spicy. If you burn chicken, it should be discarded and replaced. No one wants to eat charred pieces! Moreover, there were unexpected bits of spicy pepper in my bowl that I hadn't ordered, causing me to encounter occasional extremely spicy bites. Overall, the restaurant has a lot of room for improvement. The staff really needs to step up their game to avoid receiving more bad reviews like this one.

However, not only did they not add my drink, but the entire burrito bowl was ice cold. None of the meats (chicken and steak)were warm, not the rice either which appeared in big cold dry and hard clumps. And the counter person seemed so clueless anduninvolved, I couldn?t help but wonder what else they got wrong. Of course they added lettuce which I did not want. In 1 word?Disappointed. In 2 words? Sub Par. In 3 words? Avoid if possible. Unless you?re starving, I?d hit the DQ down the block.

I've placed two separate mobile orders in the past, and both times my orders were incorrect. Tonight, I decided to go inside to order. After I paid with a $20 bill, the cashier told me, "Oh, I can't give you your change," and then just walked away. Seriously? No change available at 6:00 PM? If the cashier had shown a bit of understanding, I might have just told them to keep the $4 change, but there was no apology or even a heads-up before I made my cash payment. I ended up paying with my card instead. The management really needs to improve the cleanliness of this location. I do not recommend coming here.
