I want to get a job here and see how hard it is to bag an order correctly. How about you get off your phones for 2 seconds and make sure your job is done correctly.

However, not only did they not add... read more I can?t believe how bad the service is here. First, I ordered mobile and walked right in. Good was ready in about 8 minutes. However, not only did they not add my drink, but the entire burrito bowl was ice cold. None of the meats (chicken and steak)were warm, not the rice either which appeared in big cold dry and hard clumps. And the counter person seemed so clueless anduninvolved, I couldn?t help but wonder what else they got wrong. Of course they added lettuce which I did not want. In 1 word?Disappointed. In 2 words? Sub Par. In 3 words? Avoid if possible. Unless you?re starving, I?d hit the DQ down the block.

I've placed two separate mobile orders in the past, and both times my orders were incorrect. Tonight, I decided to go inside to order. After I paid with a $20 bill, the cashier told me, "Oh, I can't give you your change," and then just walked away. Seriously? No change available at 6:00 PM? If the cashier had shown a bit of understanding, I might have just told them to keep the $4 change, but there was no apology or even a heads-up before I made my cash payment. I ended up paying with my card instead. The management really needs to improve the cleanliness of this location. I do not recommend coming here.

The food was cold, the ri... read more This restaurant has really gone downhill. I just ordered a bowl with double protein and extra toppings, along with two sides of queso. The food was cold, the rice was tough, and I couldn't find much meat at all. The queso sides were less than half full, and they were smaller than what you'd expect from a kids' menu. To make matters worse, they refused to address my complaint online. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.
