I live in Berne and love to support locals. Booked the pancake special thinking it was going to be like a brunch. Arrived there and found our table by ourselves as no one was there to seat us. It took them 20 minutes to actually notice that we were sitting at our table. The menu cards were handed to us by another guest. Finally ordering about 25 minutes after arrival, the tea and coffee came quickly, but we waited 40... View all feedback.
