War erfreut, Nic... read more War am Mittag dort, und habe den wunderbar ruhigen Garten genossen. Es war fast wie in den Ferien. Charmante Bedienung durch die Frau von Nic. War erfreut, Nic dort anzutreffen, kennen wir uns doch schon aus seinen Bieler-Zeiten. Das Essen war exzellent, der Flusskrebscocktail als Vorspeise ein Traum. Das Beefsteak Tartare, auch comme il faut. Der Hauswein war fein. Nicht zu vergessen, das Dessert, auch super. Ich komme wieder.

Die Sommergerichte (Vitello Tonato, Tomaten mit Burrata, Egliknusperli an Salat) waren hervorragend. Frisch zubereitet, gut abgeschmeckt, echt gut. Sehr empfehlenswert, inkl. der aufmerksamen Bedienung.

We have enjoyed the 7-course surprise menu and it was really amazing! if they book, they can choose the normal option, or vegetarian, vegan or with fish and sea... read more We have enjoyed the 7-course surprise menu and it was really amazing! if they book, they can choose the normal option, or vegetarian, vegan or with fish and seafood, but without meat. they receive 7 courses with seasonal products and with unusual. but very delicious combinations prepared. not to know what they get next is part of the fun. Also, we have the love to detail very much liked, like the 3 different brote (baked in restaurant) served with a salty butter, the homemade jam served with the cheese plate, the feedable flowers etc. we could sit outside, under great old trees, it was warm and so peaceful to enjoy this very perfect place. service was very friendly, and we had a great time. this is of course not an everyday eating (at least not for us), but if they want to celebrate a special occlusion, this is a place to take into account.
