Der Service ist zuvorkommend und nett, dien Preise sind typisch schweizerisch!

Our visit went to a rocky st... read more For many years we went to the restaurant next door, but this is unfortunately closed, so we decided to give Santa Lucia an attempt. Our visit went to a rocky start, a manager or waiter told us quite rudely that, as we did not make a reservation, there was no room for us, and he kept us out of the way. We were a bit stunned by his treatment and were just left to stand. The same person came back shortly after and muted that he could make room for us, and then led us to a table on the back that was perfect for us. Someone else came and greeted us cordially and took our orders. The food was also not disappointing, we were very satisfied with the quality and presentation of the most important courses we had ordered. So much that we even ordered a dessert, which we usually do not. To sum it up, if we disregard the entry sequence, the food and service were great, and we come back, maybe with a reservation next time.

My wife, sister-in-law and I wanted pizza/paste/good cocktails (Coke Zero for me) at our last night in Bern and we did. “The girl from Greece” she calls herself... She was our waitress and so it started. At all good meals there must be a good service to complete the meal we feel when you dive... We were immediately treated so well and they even made sure whether it began to rain we had a place under the outdoor cover. It seemed like she could read our thoughts and knew exactly how to take care of us. I had the calzone / my wife the fatuccini and salmon / and pizza for my sister-in-law... my wife Schwägerin said the cocktails were delicious and we all agreed that the food was delicious! We recommend this restaurant 10 out of 10 times especially when “the girl from Greece works”
