I found out about this restaurant from a local, in order to avoid tourist traps. Had the spaghetti with seafood, and I gotta say it was the best seafood for a long time. Would totally recommend it. View all feedback.
The restaurant might look pokey from the outside, but once inside it has a very cosy. The ables are laid simply, the staff was very attentive an knew what they were doing. The menu is short with no elaborate dishes but what they do, they...do very well. The Portuguese white was very moreish. We haven't been there for ages, but on the overall experience it will be from now an a fixpoint on our restaurant list.
Good food but real bad service , the waiter with dirty regard of the guest like marejuana boy,sad for tipical restaurant
Very nice restaurant. anabela receives you with a very great kind and she speaks French!!! The kitchen is very good. very good value quality price. We have to stop when we're down. Guy
I eat here quite often. I always have a good teasing relationship with the Portuguese owner. It is a small eatery, set out in old traditional Swiss style, serving Portuguese, Spanish and Swiss fare. Like any eatery in Switzerland's capital it is NOT cheap, but the food is good, the staff friendly and generally efficient. I have yet to be disappointed.
4 of us had dinner sitting outside on the pavement...there is usually one thing which sets a restaurant apart and in this case it is the enthusiastic Portuguese owner!..we had a fantastic evening with perfect food and wine and the icing on the cake is he has a great selection of Spanish and Portuguese brandy's...this was a very memorable evening and on our next visit to Bern i will be booking this restaurant again!
