We arrived just 10 minutes before closing and the cookies were already stale, indicating they would be sold at full price the next day. Typically, legitimate bakeries sell day-old cookies at a discounted price, but this place does not. This means that the less popular cookies are the most common, resulting in stale treats. It's clear they need to improve their inventory management and prioritize freshness over cost-cutting shortcuts. We may have lost a local customer in us due to their lack of attention to detail. It's better to serve freshly baked cookies daily than to offer stale ones that have been sitting for days.

The young man who assisted us had excellent customer service. The variety of flavors was so tempting that I originally planned to buy two cookies, but ended up leaving with seven. So far, my favorite is the red velvet.

They didn't look up, greet me, or say anything. I tried writing a note while standing in front of them, but they still didn't notice me. When they finally took a box and placed it on the counter, they still didn't realize I was there. I had my card ready to pay, but feeling disrespected, I decided to leave. I have never been treated so poorly in any store or restaurant before. I will not be returning. This is not how to conduct business.
