There is a lady that works here that has absolutely no personality and is not welcoming whatsoever. I know working at a fast food place isn't everyone's dream job, but my god, at least you have a job. She's just extremely robotic. I go out of my way tobe friendly and nice to people when I go to any fast food establishment because I know it can be overwhelming, so when peopleact this way it's just weird to me and comes off extremely rude. Also, every time I order here and she happens to be workingthe drive-thru I ask for ranch and EVERY single time she's been the one at the window she says they don't have any. This isduring my lunch hour in which I'm going around noon. How do you completely run out of ranch by noon? How do you not have it atall? It is extremely strange.

Sat in the drive Thur for 10 mins. With no answer. Drove to the windowed and they was open and looked at me
35 cents to cut my crappy sandwich in half......will boycott Carl's Jr from now on. I think this is enough said
Extremely rude person working there by the name of Evelia. Or something like that. Treated me horribly after she made the mistake of giving me non vegan famous stars, which i had to find out after i got home like 10 minutes away. Drove back and not once did she apologize and was treating me like if I WAS THE INCONVENIENCE. I called and complained to the 800 customer service number because this aint even the first time. It would help if they were nice about it but that evelia person should not be at the register.!
