Christopher and Derrick (I think were there names) were at the front counter this evening and they gave excellent service. They were attentive and even suggested I take a box for my large order, which was a great idea. I already liked the food at Wingstopbut this experience has put the brand at the top of my favorites. I initially called to let them know how happy I was butdecided to leave this review in hopes that m... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
bad just bad! priscilla the manager must either be more training or fired! she was rude and really no customer service. we asked for one, and she fluffed together with her minions. we buy food here in the daytime and everything is good, but every time we eat in the evenings, the night weapon is terrible. First and last time ordering from Wingstop. Wings tough and stringy from over cooking. fries stone cold and dead fly on to go box. $40.00 lesson will never go back.
Just went into wing stop again to pick up my co-workers order. The girls that are at work right now. No gloves. Laughing. As I saw one girl eat some food out of some one order
So I work nearby, don't have a car, and today at 5:55, I ordered ahead on the app and was MADE to pay ahead on the app, and so I walk in and they say 5 more minutes, no problem, I tip as I always do, and I wait around for 20 something minutes for no one to speak to me, or even apologize for the delay (I was only told 5 minutes and never spoken to again). I stayed there my entire lunch break waiting, watching other people all get their orders, and then when I only had 5 minutes left to walk back to work empty handed I finally walk up to counter and ask for a refund because I didn't get what I paid for at all, and no one acknowledged me after that. They went into the back and argued about what happened to my order, and I had to just walk out with no food, less money, and a lot of disappointment.
We walked into the store and were greeted by the person at the counter. As soon as we walked in, we noticed one of the workers had her Mask at half mast, meaning it was never on right and her nose and top lip were exposed. The woman at the counter had the audacity to ask us to stand a whopping 8-9 inches so we're right at the center of the X, when we tried to pay, we had to walk forward to hand her the card and my girl looked confused. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? I can't trust someone to touch my food who possesses no common sense. Unfortunately we ordered already. The food was something else, fries were all dry and some of them looked old and some looked new. It's another thing when they have a fresh and old taste. I don't know if they mixed it in or just didn't like us but the feeling was mutual. Never going back again because it doesn't seem like they care that they're in a pandemic. Go figure.
