The service is good, and the staff was friendly throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather disappointing. While the selection and quality were acceptable, I had expected a higher standard overall for a 4 star hotel. The room itself is quite dated and not particularly cozy. The furnishings and overall atmosphere feel somewhat cheap and could benefit from renovation. For a short stay of a few nights, it is acceptable, but it does not offer much beyond that. On a positive note, the location is very good and convenient.
Mohammed in the bar and cafe is a delight. He welcomed me and my colleagues with such hospitality. He is extremely knowledgeable about the hotel, its offerings, and provides impeccable service. Make sure to stop bay and see him!
Because we are coming here at great ARCOTEL last 2 months last time we came here and we like very much how hospitable and friendly was Muhammad, and always tried to gave us a good recommendation for foods and drinks and make a very good atmosphere.we really appreciate that from him

The main thing about hotel I would recommend is the Hotel’s positions which is very attractive because is in the middle of central part of Eastern Berlin but also in the quiet place. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. People working at hotel are very kind and professional. Food is very delicious and is for everybody’s tastes. I highly recommend ARCOTEL John F Berlin
