Nice spot, particularly for breakfast and brunch. The servers are always really nice and only slow when there's a lot of guests. Really anything off the menu is good and comes in relatively large portions at reasonable prices. In contrast to the crepes however I found the American style pancakes to be quite dense though I wouldn't have expected a lot better from regular German places. A recommendation for sure!
Service is very friendly and fast. The food was ok. It more a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The dinner atmosphere is not that cosy.
Very good food, if a bit expensive. Interesting, non standard menu options. I took potato pancakes and there were four, each with a different topping spinach, sour cream, avocado, lax. My friend got herself a brunch plate and it held even more variety. The service is unobtrusive but quick enough, the place nice and comfortable. The room behind the bar has more seating if the front space is taken.
I guess it's OK, because the waiters area trying to make an effort but guests are really stuck up and weird. We were at this place with the family and our little dog. An entitled couple said they felt its inappropriate to eat at same eye level with a dog. Love it or hate it, don't put your opinions on others. The breakfast was OK, not sure what the delight supposed to be behind breaded beet root, wasn't seasoned at all, tasted not great. Too many sweet things on a cheese plate. The menu seems to not change much very often, only with asparagus or Pfifferlinge. Thanks to the waiting staff. But your guests are not our cup of tea. Do try it if you like different breakfast cuisines.
