Instead of addressing a simple customer concern, you chose to respond with mockery and personal jabs. That says far more about your professionalism than any review could. No, I’m not in the restaurant industry but thankfully, good service doesn’t require an expert to recognize when it’s missing. If your goal was to prove my point, you've done it flawlessly. It's a shame that good food has to be overshadowed by such poor service and attitude

The pasta is really good, you can taste that it is made with care... read more I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better place! The pasta is really good, you can taste that it is made with care and quality ingredients. The prices are surprisingly low for the quality they offer, a real bargain. The owners, Alessandro and Marco, were very kind from the first moment. At the end of the dinner they even offered me the birthday dessert and sang the song with a sincere smile a gesture that really touched me. Very sweet of them! I will definitely go back, it is one of those places where you feel at home. Highly recommended!
