Luckily, there are numerous very good traditional Italian restaurants along the road towards Mehringdamm that have been located here for decades. We ended up at “più 39” where we enjoyed a lovely evening with delicious food and friendly and professional service.

Instead of addressing a simple customer concern, you chose to respond with mockery and personal jabs. That says far more about your professionalism than any review could. No, I’m not in the restaurant industry but thankfully, good service doesn’t require an expert to recognize when it’s missing. If your goal was to prove my point, you've done it flawlessly. It's a shame that good food has to be overshadowed by such poor service and attitude
