When I came in, no one even recognised me or even said hello.. the staff was talking enormously loud in the back office, so that I could here every single word of a private talk. There was...one guy serving and I guess two in the back talking. After time one came in front and started taking care of the guests. My sandwich was prepared by someone who could not understand me properly, even not after explaining triple. I never saw such a sandwich, which looked like a big mess. Plus the employee gave me the feeling of disinterest. On top of that, the tables were dirty. Should have gone to Vapiano next door .. next time: no, thanks.

Absolute disgrace. my sister ordered a sandwich for her daughter and nachos for our mother . We were in there hoping for a nice visit as...Ireland subways are pleasant and satisfying and welcoming. My friend politely told the member of staff in question which I will add her picture to her post for more cheese as a she had cheese on about three nachos . The amount of cheese put on the nachos wouldn’t satisfy a mouse . There was such a polite gentleman inside the counter . She started roaring calling us names . My sister was then assumed she was from England when in fact we are from Ireland . The polite gentleman was so embarrassed wit the way these lady’s were shouting . Still roaring while we sat down embarrassed while they were still shouting . He ended up paying the euro That my sister was being charged for cheese that should have being there in the first place . We were intimidated out the door. When we left the place we took pictures of the place as we wanted to warn people of the way they treat people . The employees then stuck there middle fingers up at us. I never felt so embarrassed and left a sour taste in our mouths after having such a lovely holiday up until then and spent so much money here. A lady then approached us from inside and said they were having an in house argument. When we know they were clearly talking about us . AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!! If I could give a zero I would . Didn’t even wanted to give them one !!!!!!

Shocked went in after a day of shopping and walking round the Christmas markets, soon as me and my family went in the lady serving us didn’t want to talk to us... read more Shocked went in after a day of shopping and walking round the Christmas markets, soon as me and my family went in the lady serving us didn’t want to talk to us so nasty could hear her saying the English I’m Irish I asked...for nachos there was no cheese on she went crazy giving out there also was a gentleman working he was apologetic and asked her to put cheese on she refused so he put gloves on to do it himself she and another women went crazy at him he ended up paying for the extra cheese himself I sat with my family and they stood there speaking of us in German we took Picts of the restaurant and the complaints notice and they put there fingers up to us ! Disgraceful
