( the staff was a bit exhausted by my attitude and she was answering to my question in a way to make me understand don't ask to much )secondly I wanted to pay with the 50e she was having no money in the cashier so she recommended me to find somewhere to change so when I asked her where can I find a place to change because is Sunday and everything is close she didn't gave me any idea and simply said "I don't know"end of the story....

Recentl... read more As an Uber Eats partner, I regularly pick up orders from this subway. The waiting times here are often unusually long 15 to 20 minutes are not uncommon. Recently, a monitor has even been set up that tells us suppliers to wait outside regardless of the weather. Cold, rain, wind – these are simply ignored. I spoke to the manager, who explained to me why this decision was made apparently guests feel disturbed by suppliers but had absolutely no understanding that we would at least want to wait in the warmth during this time. Even if the store is completely empty, we have to stand outside. This is absolutely disrespectful to me. As a delivery partner, I actively contribute to ensuring that orders actually reach the customer. The fact that you are treated like a nuisance here is disappointing. I only come here when it really can't be avoided. Update 5/24/25 The employees are all very friendly and don't treat us like dogs, unfortunately it's only the shop owner who has the upper hand. I still enjoy coming here when the owner is not in the house.
