Now, self-service order thing... how complicated is that? Logging in with the app to get the points works for 1 out of 4 pieces... then they don't have everything you normally get there, for example sauces, and then it doesn't even accept the coupons... not even one... Plus, you can't understand how it's prepared, the way you know and have come to love it... since there's now a partition separating the areas. I don't know, they really shot themselves in the foot, at least at that location... I hope it won't be like that everywhere

New employees ? Very unfriendly and unprofessional! I had the feeling that the lady couldn't or didn't want to fully understand me. Not recommended at all anymore
