I don't exp... read more I experienced a truly embarrassing service situation today. I've been here a few times, and the ambiance and service have always been at least okay. I don't expect 3-star cuisine or an amazing dining experience, but today was really bad! I walked into the otherwise empty shop late this afternoon and was coldly ignored for a minute. After I was finally noticed, I was extremely annoyed and told that they had to quickly take inventory of the counter, even though everything was there except for sauces!? Both employees then had to go through everything and were in the back room for minutes. When I was able to order, I had to repeat every step of the order, even though I had made myself clear. The oven was off!!! and had to heat up for 2 minutes. My 30cm sub wasn't cut, and I wasn't even given a farewell. The entire time, the waitress looked extremely annoyed and listless. I would understand a lot of it if it had been extremely early or late, but there were two guests sitting there who had ordered before me, and it was just before dinnertime. I have no idea what was going on, but I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant.

They insinuated that we were stupid for not... read more Surprisingly, given the subway 's nature, I was disappointed with the staff serving us. They were unwilling to work. They insinuated that we were stupid for not knowing their language, German. In short, a very bad experience that I don 't recommend.
