Very friendly and attentive staff who also accommodated special requests. Gluten-free and sugar-free subs are available. I especially enjoyed the cookies. I'll definitely be back!

Very bad service. Outside the store they have a big advert for the sub of the day. When you order it, they just make you a large one without asking and ask you which fries you want, even though that all costs extra. Without ever mentioning it. Then when you pay I get a rude awakening. It just costs twice as much! When I point this out to the employee I am told that I should look properly. I never go to Subway and don't know the prices there. If I order a meal that's advertised outside I assume that's what I'll get. The cashier then even starts talking to me and makes fun of me. Never again. If there were negative stars I would give them here.

1 star – absolutely disappointing. The employee who prepared my sub sneezed and then simply changed her gloves instead of sanitizing her hands. My comment was met with an unfriendly look. Additionally, another employee said goodbye to a guest and his dog, petted them, and then returned to working with food. Such behavior is hygienically unacceptable. For me, this was definitely my first and last visit.

Complaint about rude behavior of an employee Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to complain about the behavior of one of your employees. On October 24, 2025, at 12:34 PM, I was approached in your store by a young man with a beard and glasses in a very rude manner. Although I don't speak English, I could clearly tell from his tone of voice and facial expression that he was speaking loudly and disrespectfully to me. At the time, another family was in the store who also had a problem. The young man spoke to me disrespectfully and in an inappropriate tone, which was very unpleasant for me. The salesperson, as far as I could tell, was from the beautiful country of India. I have great respect for him and all of your employees and understand that he speaks English, but I wish he had treated me a little more kindly and respectfully. I have been a customer of your store for many years, but I have the impression that the behavior of some employees has changed recently. There have also been some unfriendly situations during my recent visits, and therefore, today I decided to report my experience directly to management.
