I visited here yesterday afternoon, and the woman with her hair tied up (probably the older one of the two Asian girls) was really rude. It was kind of pathetic how she acted as if she were above the customers. She kept snapping “What? What?” like she didn’t want to understand me or even take my order properly. I just gave up arguing with her. Her male colleague with the cap was friendly though. Maybe she should learn from him. I didn’t bother checking her name tag this time, but if she keeps that attitude, I’m sure I will. From other reviews, it seems being rude is pretty much standard here. Guess they’re proud of it.
