Accordingly, you do not have a right of withdrawal for the sale of tickets for the ascent of the TV Tower, as well as tickets for the Berlin Odyssey on a fixed date. Each order of tickets is therefore binding and obligates you to pay for the ordered tickets.

It’s a slick operation getting you up there, via a free cloakroom, the lift and arrival host. We were...given our departure time on arrival with table number on a piece of paper, shame to be thinking about leaving already, we were given just 90 minutes. Now to the restaurant, very friendly staff, limited menu, but the food tasted great. Very tasty. Clearly a very good chef here. We didn’t buy wine with our meal, the cost was mounting and the time decreasing. No time for wine. They really should deduct the table reservation fee from the food and drinks. No incentive here to eat or drink other than the taste! The Sphere restaurant revolves, a bit unnerving at first but we got used to it. Lovely decor and a starry ceiling. You revolve past the cakes every 15 minutes or so : Made the evening very different. Unfortunately, there was no view on this cold December evening, the cloud base was too low, but I’m sure the views would be amazing on a clearer day. The restaurant can’t help that. Alexander Platz sits below the tower, nearby S and U Bahn and the December free entry Alexander Platz Christmas market with lots of lovely food and mulled wine. Would I come here again? Not for the booking price of €55 just for the table paired with the lack of time given to customers for a unhurried dinner/wine. The restaurant was only around 25% full on our visit. Otherwise the food made the poor value night.
