Managed to squeeze ourselves into one of the comfy window seats. Music was good, something nastalgic. If you like the strong smell of cigarets to stay on your clothes and hair for a week after a trip to sofia, then be my guest, this place is for you.

On a snowy day, my son and I had a delightful lunch. Bulgarian specialties of one sort or another, but nothing terribly exotic. Just well prepared fundamentals and easy, pleasant service. Quite a value and instructive. Try the pileschka parjola.

Familiar atmosphere and decour I loved the plates our food was served on. Good quality ingredients, tasty, traditional dishes, warm and welcoming service, and fair prices. The place isn't very big inside, but it's possible to organise a 20 or more people's even there. I would recommend making a reservation upfront when you want to visit. The toilet was clean and spacious
