We all ordered individual pizzaa plus an appetizer, which came fast and a salad, which didn 't come at all. About 40 minutes after we had ordered, I aksed about the salad and the waitor said it will be here whenever it is done . 20 minutes later (one hour after we had arrived) I went up to the pizzaiolo and he showed me the salad, which had been sitting there all this time. I took the salad myself to the table. At the end of the evening the waitor tried to convince me that it was not his fault but that of the team in the kitchen. I reminded him that he should think of the restaurant as one team and that he should have offered us coffee or dessert on the house as a nice gesture. He seemed very surprised at my suggestion and finally asked us if we wanted something... as we were walking away. The food is good and the service is nice but this was a horrible experience. I don 't think we will be going back anytime soon. Sorry.

What made the experience even more disappointing was that no one even apologized for the delay. Very poor service and definitely not what we expected. Pizza was ok!

My drink... read more This place was highly recommended by a friend; I’ll not be returning here any time soon. Waited an hour for my order of a starter and margherita pizza. My drink came within five mins. My starter only arrived after an hour when I said how long i had been waiting. The starter I ordered stracciatella and rosso pesto was no longer being served despite it being on my order. They gave my only stracciatella without an explanation. I gave a further five mins for pizza to arrive it didnt so i left.
