We felt very unwelcomed by the waitress, and we thought this was because we dont speak German. She also constantly looked angry at us like we were doing somethi... read more We felt very unwelcomed by the waitress, and we thought this was because we dont speak German. She also constantly looked angry at us like we were doing something wrong. But we were just eating. It was also very obvious she didn't want to converse...with us. And we saw at others tables that the waitress immediately took the empty plates away when the costumers were finished, but she clearly avoided our table. Then she finally came to us when I had my debit card out when she was at the table next to us. And after I payed she almost ran away from out table without saying goodbye. But other then the awful and unfriendly service was the food very delicious.

Having sat in the restaurant for over 10 mi... read more Today, I had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with one of the young, male waiters at this restaurant. Having sat in the restaurant for over 10 min and observing that he nonstop had his mask on his chin unless 5 seconds...before he was serving someone, and had his mask off only a few feet away from where we were sitting, I decided to speak up and ask him to please keep his mask on. The response after was shocking and abominable. He immediately got defensive and angry, claiming It 's impossible to wear this mask at all times , before telling us we can move tables (Move tables away from the staff itself? . He then proceeded to tell me I can just call the police if I wanted and he walked away. It was a horrendous way to treat the customer, as well as dangerous from a health perspective, because exactly people like him are the irresponsible, selfish people who has gotten us into this deep of a mess and harm. After this exchange, his behavior did not change one bit, still mask on chin doing the same actions, with a punkish smirk on his face. Unfortunately, while the other wait staff were not as bad as him, they did nothing to even tell him to just put on the mask, or to confront him on his behavior. When I later told a female waiter my experience, there was no apology whatsoever, only an ok . It was a terrible experience by all means, and I wonder if there would ever be any accountability for this culture, and disgraceful behavior.
