Waited for over 20 minutes, even though it wasn't full, a family of four who came a good ten minutes after me were provided with fries and special plates, and kebabs were sold at the window in between. The burger patty was grilled completely dry, the cheese didn't melt, there was hardly any ketchup or mayo on the burger (we didn't ask for it either). The nuggets were at least not completely dry, but there was no salt on them or any sauce. All for 11 euros. The store is a thing of the past for me, there are plenty of others in the area. And when I pointed out the waiting time when paying, they just looked at me grimly. Service is something different, even at a snack bar.

Not only is the kebab reall... read more I really like eating kebab and often, I've been to Mustafa and Rüyam, but when someone asks me about my favorite kebab it's Sehzade. Not only is the kebab really tasty and also quite big, but the owners and kebab men are also extremely correct. Nowadays, kebabs cost around 7€ everywhere, but when the prices for meat went down, Sehzade LOWERED the price for the normal kebab back to 5€. Absolute men of honor, I have definitely been a regular customer ever since.

I waited over 20 minutes, and even though it wasn't busy, they served a family of four who arrived about ten minutes after me with fries and a specials plate. They were also selling doner kebabs at the window in between. The burger patty was completely dry, the cheese wasn't melted, and there was hardly any ketchup or mayo on the burger (and they didn't ask if I wanted any). The nuggets weren't completely dry, at least, but they had no salt or any sauce on them. All for €11. I won't be going back to that place; there are plenty of others nearby. And when I mentioned the wait while paying, they just gave me a stern look. That's not what I call service, even at a fast-food joint.

I've been to Mustafa's and Rüyam's, but if anyone asks me where my favorite doner kebab is, it's Sehzade's. Not only is the doner really delicious and a decent size, but the owners and kebab makers are also incredibly friendly. These days, doner kebabs everywhere cost around €7, but when meat prices dropped, Sehzade lowered the price of their regular doner kebab back down to €5. Absolutely amazing guys! I've been a regular customer ever since.
