The sushi was excellent: the nigiri were perfectly shaped, the fish fresh and flavorful, the maki neatly rolled, and the flavors beautifully balanced. The warm appetizers were particularly impressive: the crispy ebi ten with its succulent shrimp center, the tender tori kara age, and the spicy kimchi, which brought a wonderful heat and freshness to the table. The miso soup was pleasantly hearty and perfectly seasoned, the ideal start to the evening. The matcha ice cream was a true highlight – creamy texture, intense matcha flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout; empty plates were cleared promptly, and special requests were easily accommodated.
