Compete... read more Probably the only GP practice in Berlin where you don 't feel like 'just another expat. ' Dr. Broglia and Dr. Schreen are rare gems in the Berlin world. Competent, kind, and deeply empathetic doctors. They have followed my health journey for years with great care. The reception team is also sweet, but note: It’s best to book in advance as acute waits can be long, but that’s a systemic issue in Berlin, not a fault of the praxis. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a doctor who treats you with dignity and expertise. Ivana

During my vacation, I needed medical attention for an acute issue that could have been resolved quickly with a doctor’s assessment and a prescription. I arrived right at opening time, with several hours left in the consultation window, but my request for treatment was declined at the reception with the support of the doctors. After already trying two other practices without success, I was forced to spend additional time on the medical hotline before finally receiving the necessary prescription elsewhere. Conclusion: Compassion and patient care did not seem to be a priority here. I cannot recommend this practice.

They have quite a lot of doctors , to my knowledge all of them speaks Englis... read more Been a patient of their clinic since 2016 and I’ve always had pleasant experiences. They have quite a lot of doctors , to my knowledge all of them speaks English. Receptionists are also friendly and welcoming. Whenever I’ve visited with an appointment, I’ve never had to wait more than 20 mins, this does vary a lot when you don’t have an appointment. Also, at the time when I couldn’t step out in winter due to flu, the doctor provided over the phone consultation. So far I’ve only had good experiences with this clinic and team :
