I have been there for couple... read more I would not recommend this Persian restaurant as a good choice in Berlin. There is a sizable number of better options in the city. I have been there for couple of times, and I was not happy with food quality and staff behavior. I would try to avoid going there in any future.

They offer a good quality of Iranian cuisine in Berlin. They offer various Iranian foods with almost good quality on all of them. The staff are also so friendly... read more They offer a good quality of Iranian cuisine in Berlin. They offer various Iranian foods with almost good quality on all of them. The staff are also so friendly which adds up to the good food and can make a really good experience of Iranian atmosphere here. The food preparation normally takes around 20 mins (a bit longer than my expectation)

In general, Saray is ok to go and eat there. I find the quality average though. Sometimes the food was really good, sometimes not. Sometimes the staff are very friendly, sometimes not. Sometimes the food is ready within 15-20 minutes, sometimes takes more than 1 hour... It's usually crowded on the weekends so I'd recommend making a reservation, but during the weekdays you could have as many tables as you want. Finding a parking spot could be very tough in the area, no matter when; obviously harder on the weekends. They accept cards and contactless payment.

Getting a good kebab is very random, so I stopped ordering kebabs after a while, but the reason I stopped going to Saray is their service. It happened more than once to me that they forgot my order and had to wait longer to receive it. And the last time, even after calling beforehand and requesting to reserve a specific food but once we arrived at Restaurant, they told us that food was not available anymore. A waste of the trip. So if you want to be sure to get good food quality and at the same time good service, I don’t recommend this place.
