The concept is simple: choose whether you want a bowl of wholesome soup from a choice of 4 (together with you choice of fresh bread roll), then accompany it with a salad of your choice - or -choose a HUGE salad on it's own (leaf- or pasta-based) and top it off with a huge selection of extras and tasty dressings (and another bread roll). You can then eat your selection in the fresh-furnished restaurant, or have it all neatly boxed for you to take away with you. And all for a lot less than I could believe! We loved the place so much, we ended up coming back for lunch two days in a row - and again for an early evening supper...!
