For me, this pizza doesn't get a 3. Crispy crust, which is good. A light dusting of pizza seasoning. But wow, dude: way too much. The 14-year-old has discovered his first deodorant. This is what it tastes like. The topping falls hopelessly onto the crust near the edge. You don't want blackheads on the edge, it's so dry. Other pizzas with spinach taste like nothing. Sorry, but only a 1, except for the taste of seasoning.
It's a shame, Pizzeria Rollberge was one of my regular lunch spots. Today I went back after a long stay abroad and discovered that the owner, or rather the chef, has changed. The penne arrabiata doesn't taste as good as it used to—it actually tastes bad. Very bland and too much cheese—a bit soggy. The atmosphere has also deteriorated. At least they used to have Italian music. Now it's Turkish pop music. Generally speaking, it's okay, but it just doesn't fit with an Italian restaurant. The previous chef was a nice guy—Albanian. In my opinion, they have the better pizza chefs. Sorry for the brother who took over the place—but you really need to practice.
