Upon opening my order, I noticed a heavily disco... read more Dear RISA Team, I recently dined at one of your restaurants and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Upon opening my order, I noticed a heavily discolored, obviously spoiled French fry (see attached photo). This situation raises questions not only about quality assurance but also about food safety. A green-colored potato can indicate solanine, a toxic substance that can be harmful to health. It is disappointing to find such a situation in a professionally run restaurant. I therefore request your comment on this incident and a review of your internal quality control procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future. I would also like to hear how you are handling this complaint and whether any remedial action is planned.
