Staffs are very kind. Foods are very delicious. This venue is suitable for special occasions.
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing, one-time experience for me. Having chosen between two four-course menus, we ultimately received only one four-course menu, with two plates per course to share. To present what was advertised as a starter—two slices of bread with tasteless butter and two bitter balls—as the first course borders on disrespect. Furthermore, the courses lacked any finesse or cohesive theme or clear culinary concept. The main course was a decent piece of braised wild boar (again to share), but it was accompanied by a breaded celery cordon bleu, carelessly presented in a reheated soy sauce. And a plate of dead endive salad overloaded with shaved Parmesan. To top it all off, the dessert, in retrospect, was a chocolate tart, which was arguably the better dish—but unfortunately, it too lacked any finesse. Complemented with a simple crème fraîche, olive oil, and sea salt, this was more reminiscent of the non-existent second course at the beginning. All in all, a disappointing and, overall, abysmal experience at an exorbitant price.
I loved the vibe, especially the open kitchen. I was looking at the chef and when the waiter came I said “I will just have your sausage, please”
