Note: in this bar, smoking is allowed, which means that it is better to hang up their dumbbells outside? the front room with this incredibly friendly garderobenmann (which is always friendly, nice, smiling, relaxed and always very kindly answered everyone they have - don't forget to give him a drink money, he deserves it!)SERVICE: we had twice the same waiter. for the first time: He needed 15 minutes in a normally filled bar room to accommodate our orders. 15 minutes later he came back and asked what drinks we had ordered again, and 30 - 40 minutes later we had finally our drinks (depending on whether they ordered a normal beer, alcohol-free drink or a normal cocktail). second time: the bar was half empty with empty sitting / tables and half empty bar. he needed 45 (!) minutes to bring 4 simple cocktails while the couple next to us who came in and ordered to us, got his drinks within 10 minutes. we had to ask for our drinks, while the bartenders and waiters at the bar chatted with their friends or other guests and certainly did not mix any drinks. drinks: too sweet, watery (because they came late), not what you expected? a place that has recommended mixology in the past. positiw: the dj on an evening (a gentleman who smoked chains) played really, really nice music only with 7 inches, and only to hear him playing, saved us the evening mood. because the waiter and the bartender and the drinks really did not pay, we were the last time there to throw away money at a place where they must ruin their clothes and wait 45 minutes to get mediocre drinks. mixology should rate her service? and try her cocktails again.

The cocktails are tastefully good, but the view of the drink for 13€ is unsatisfactory. Here it could be more extravagant for the price. All in all, however, a good place to spend the evening.

So yesterday we took our business partners to “Reingold” after dinner on fine cocktails. Admission works, wardrobe nice and accommodating. So good. We're going into the room and we're supposed to sit somewhere. Extremely loud music, no conversations possible, no one is interested in us, although service is more numerous than a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, however, she was very busy enjoying each other and adding to the tables with female guests and chatting instead of taking care of the entire clientele. We had to take care of menu cards at some point, then waiting for a while, disturbing someone from the service, ordering, not getting waterglass throughout the evening... after the cocktails were all, no one has been interested in us also the payment we had to run after. All surrounded by increasingly unbearable volume of music. As if the guests should be expelled so that service may go to the early evening. A really extremely weak performance. A blamage, not only for us in front of our business partners, but from the point of view of the entrepreneurs it is difficult to understand how an operator of a somewhat self-containing place can afford such a thing? There are enough other bars where quality and customer orientation are big. Reinhold does not count (more) to this. Too unpredictable and the cocktail sweet and not just the price level is a sign of quality. Massive disappointment!
