What User doesn't like about Prism:
too expensive for the quality of food. very tasteless with aromen, which are not complicated. for example dessert with chocolate ice cream etc. and pure aubergine definitiw a no, no. does not know what the chef tried to achieve. duck was pretty hard. View all feedback.
The menu had some strengths and unfortunately – for my taste – too many weaknesses. The combination of strong aromas and contrasts creates interesting effects that convince. But because of the proportioning, not only with the remarkably good lobster and the bries, hardly any product effect is produced – even because the individual courses are sometimes quite small. The main products are cut several times into small pieces or slices. Their own taste does not result in an optimal effect. In addition, I lack the balance: while the six first courses are rather small and I still feel appetite after the main course, I barely manage the chocolates after the two desserts. For me the balance between salty and sweet is not true. A pure case was certainly not the visit, the star is fine, but given the price for the 160 Euro menu, there are much more interesting addresses for me in Berlin with even better value for money.
There is always only one menu (and of course a vegetarian version).
Modern, simple environment. very friendly and pleasant service. great wine selection and excellent eating.
Who is open will not come too short here. very interesting taste combinations. weinbegleitung recommended!
