As someone currently on a mission to visit all the Michelin-starred restaurants in Berlin, I can say with certainty that the food here is outrageously overpriced for mediocre to bad. Coupled with inferior wines, this outrageous experience drags on for hours. The Michelin star is completely undeserved.
Yesterday, there were four of us at Prism. The restaurant felt a bit cold, unfortunately. The service was a little slow at first, but it's worth mentioning that there were only two of them. The food was unique, but really very good. I can definitely recommend it!
We ate à la carte and went to Prism with our Taste 12 voucher book. The food was excellent, although I was surprised that the starters and main courses were almost identical in both quantity and price. The desserts, on the other hand, were very reasonably priced and comparatively plentiful. The service itself was unobtrusive and polite. What really bothered me was the fact that the waiter didn't speak German, forcing us to communicate in English the entire evening. Furthermore, in a restaurant of this caliber, it shouldn't happen that we're NOT served from the right or that we don't refill our water, which unfortunately was the case. The Negroni mocktail deserves special mention as a very good alternative, as my husband and I don't drink alcohol.
Total disappointment, and that's putting it kindly! The service was absolutely atrocious! Hospitality is a foreign concept!

Far too expensive for the quality of food. Quite tasteless at times with flavours that did not compliment each other. For example dessert with chocolate ice etc., and pureed aubergine definitely a no, no. Don‘t know what the chef was trying to achieve. Duck was quite tough.
Modern, simple ambience. Very friendly and pleasant service. Great wine selection and excellent food.
Whoever is open will not come too short here. Very interesting flavor combinations. Wine tasting recommended!

The menu had some strengths and unfortunately – for my taste – too many weaknesses. The combination of strong aromas and contrasts creates interesting effects that convince. But because of the proportioning, not only with the remarkably good lobster and the bries, hardly any product effect is produced – even because the individual courses are sometimes quite small. The main products are cut several times into small pieces or slices. Their own taste does not result in an optimal effect. In addition, I lack the balance: while the six first courses are rather small and I still feel appetite after the main course, I barely manage the chocolates after the two desserts. For me the balance between salty and sweet is not true. A pure case was certainly not the visit, the star is fine, but given the price for the 160 Euro menu, there are much more interesting addresses for me in Berlin with even better value for money.

Food, wine selection and service are no doubt. A taste explosion follows the next. Clear recommendation!
You just closed, but I hope we can enjoy you soon. Especially your desserts have a true addiction factor and the always warm welcome (and that you still know what you like after a year) are worth a visit alone.
Eating is incredibly good, they feel super relaxed and the ambiente is very harmonious. they deserve all the prizes too right! we were there three times and were never disappointed. we always like to come back:
Super unique taste experience. very friendly staff, very attentive. the selection of individual feeds and feed sequences simply top! each gang was a taste explosion on the new one. you have noticed some people have thought about the atmosphere in the restaurant was great, you felt very fast comfortable, large tables, dark colors. I have a mini small critique point, and that the boots of the waiter were almost open and not tied so he always slept over the floor while running, which we felt as something disturbing I don't know whether it was on purpose or he just forgot to tie his shoes. it was one of the best dinners I ever had and would go back every time. we had an incredibly beautiful evening! many thanks!
