The venue's reputation among Berlin's elite is well deserved. The Grand Papillon menu delivered an extraordinary dining experience on Thursday night. From the moment we arrived, every touchpoint was exceptional from the professional security team to the warm welcome from the hosts. Special mention to Karina and Emmanuel from management, whose passion for hospitality was evident in their attentive service and genuine care for guests. Following the team's expert suggestion, we returned Friday for their nightlife experience. The DJ set was perfectly curated, and the atmosphere was electric with a sophisticated, predominantly local crowd that made the evening truly special. What sets Papillon apart is their deep understanding of Berlin's nightlife scene and their ability to create seamless experiences for international guests. The restaurant is located in a very dirty area near the train station, surrounded by many homeless people, creating an extremely unpleasant atmosphere from the start. Parking is virtually nonexistent – it's almost impossible to find a spot. However, the worst part isn't even the physical environment, but the people who work there. The doorman and the reception staff, in particular, are rude and disrespectful. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when you pay a considerable sum at this restaurant. An experience no guest deserves.
