The employees are proud of what they do and it shows! From the super friendly waiting staff to the miraculous creations of their chef! I and friends discovered the restaurant when we wanted to eat in Berlin on the first day and returned almost every day after. Food and service are just so good! Rinus der Chef has designed the Intire menu and they make everything fresh in the house, except the cakes, but the future is hope that this is also in-house. Chef Rinus and his crew took over the restaurant two months ago and made her soul make it a special place. There is a full bar and a coffee bar. You have a private dining area for events and a children's corner. Chef Rinus has tried to think of everything to make this wonderful restaurant a star. I give New Montevideo my 5-star review because all the factors that make for great culinary experience are in place and they really care.
