The monarch is the first bar I have ever visited in berlin. that was about 6 years ago. today I still visit it often and it kept the same atmosphere as before:... read more The monarch is the first bar I have ever visited in berlin. that was about 6 years ago. today I still visit it often and it kept the same atmosphere as before: it is smokey as the hell, the music is good, the drinks are inexpensive and the amount is really nice. they have a kicker for those who have not come for the music in the rule they have to pay a small deck fee of 3-6 euro to get in and they should expect that they smell and in great need a shower. unnecessary today, do not take their super cool coat that they cannot wash in this place!
