The atmos... read more Four friends and I went to this restaurant last night and had a truly fantastic evening, the kind that makes you say, We absolutely have to come back! The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted: warm lighting, a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We started with a mixed appetizer to share—all very fresh and beautifully presented—and then each of us chose a different first course, so we could sample a bit of everything: Porcini mushroom agnolotti, fragrant and creamy, with an intense yet balanced flavor. Truffle ravioli, simply divine: every bite was a cloud of flavor and aroma. Pasta with clams and bottarga, flavorful and perfectly balanced, with bottarga that added that extra touch.

Too much salt and pepper, while the sauce lacked depth and charac... read more Visited recently and approached the menu with high expectations. Vitello: seasoning imbalance. Too much salt and pepper, while the sauce lacked depth and character. The contrast didn’t work. Ravioli: outstanding. Precise, balanced, and full of flavor. A clear highlight. Tortelli: acceptable, but too heavy. Lacked finesse. Lamb chops €45): technically well executed, perfectly grilled. However, the side dish overwhelmed the plate with raw garlic, and again excessive pepper masked the natural flavor of the meat. The base product was good, but the composition compromised it. Cheesecake: well done. Not overly sweet, good texture, a clean finish to the meal. Wine: strong selection, well curated and executed. This is a clear strength of the restaurant. Overall: pleasant atmosphere, but from a culinary perspective the price-quality ratio is not aligned. Strong elements are there, but consistency and balance need refinement. I would return for wine and pairings, less so for the food itself.
