Having walked around Berlin for a day already, we could tell that Maredo was a chain restaurant similar to TGI Friday's or Harvesters in the UK. The food was good, we opted for the lunch time special offer as we weren't so hungry but still wanted something warm to eat. Firstly we were hardly greeted when we arrived and the servants were really ignorant. The food was not very good. All of the familymembers were disappointed.

A good choice on a fine evening to eat outside knowing that the food will be good. We ate here a few years ago and it is still good. A particular treat was the Pepper Pot, a hearty soup which, although a starter, would make a good luinch choice.
Been there for coffee and dinner next night. The coffee and the hot chocolate my son took were really tasty and well prepared. Service was fast and effective both times we were there and I propably tasted the best steak I've ever had. Prices are a little high but worth the experience.
Loved the interior and the music selection here makes you feel like you on another planet in Berlin lol. Not to forget the staff were very professional and knows when to come ask for drinks etc. the food is tasty and the chicken well spiced. I'll definitely recommend the restaurant good for all
