The fries were crisp hot and numer... read more Very pleasant dining experience. I had the salad buffet which was plentiful and had many choice. I also had steak and frites. The fries were crisp hot and numerous and the steak was delivered exactly as ordered. I think I might have ordered a sauce just to enhance the flavor but overall a very good steak. Service was attentive but no overbearing. I definitely would recommend dining here.

We had some garlic bread with sour cream as an appetizer and then the Schnitzel wiener art with pommes and a bowl from the sallad buffé thats included in the roughly 11 . Wiener art means that its a pork schnitzel instead of the real veal schnitzel. The schnitzel was tasty and good as always but the french fries where only ok. Think they would have been tastier and more crispy if they would have been fried 1 more time. The sallad buffé is always fresh at Maredo and this was as good as usual. With one bottle of house wine that was ok but nothing fancy and 2 beers the check was 60 € wich is good for two. Service at this location was typically german friendly and i would return.

Every question, even asking to be seated, was answered with a dismissive I can 't be bothered snort. She didn 't understand the restaurant 's food allergy menu, leading to a celiac response. Not how you want to start your Berlin vacation.
