Another ‘Japanese’ restaurant in Berlin that's strangely Vietnamese. The food was salty, not fresh or authentic. Cocktails tasted only of sugar with little alcohol. Expensive for what it is. The atmosphere was cheap and dirty, no music, and the lighting was too bright. The staff were very friendly although somewhat slow and confused. Bathrooms a mess as well.
Great food and prices, the atmosphere is probably the best part though. In the back there is ground level tables, really fun.
The restaurant owners were really sweet and welcoming. They were attentive to me the entire time I was dining there. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen, a set of sashimi and sushi and matcha latte. They all tasted fantastic, well-seasoned. The freshness of sashimi was top notch. Definitely worth the money and would revisit whenever I’m back in town
