As a titanium member, I expect a certain level of service but the JW offers it to anyone who enters the premise. And the executive lounge is one of the best I have seen. And that is simply due to hospitality given by employees like Shenique. She made being in the lounge feel like im home. Her level of attention and service was above and beyond what I expected.
