But excellent value,... read more Not somewhere to go to impress a date, particularly when busy as is a bit squeezed to accomodate as many locals on lunch breaks as possibl. But excellent value, with great coffee, fantastic friendly staff and a lovely selection of pizza, pasta, salads and cakes all at incredibly cheap prices. Perfect for lunch before sightseeing

Here everythin... read more What a nice change in atmosphere. The many upgrade Italian restaurants that often serve overpriced meals brought by pseudo Italian waiting staff. Here everything seems genuine at prices hard to beat. The Italian ladies are friendly and efficient. Food is plain but delicious. Don't expect anything fancy, just dig in the generous portions and close your eyes to be swept to beautiful Italy. The bill at the end is astonishingly low. We left more satisfied than in many other posh Italian restaurants in Berlin.
