Of course, it may be difficult to sell unknown Baltic dishes to the public, but it is simply wrong to say that they sell Baltic foods. soljanka is for example a very well-known Russian suppe. Saving soup is also not popular and not even Baltic cuisine. Does not help the Baltic to get rid of the Russian image that most people have about this part of Europe. .
