I 've been a regular at Hakiki for years, especially in the Neukölln branch I 've always been very satisfied there. However, today I visited the branch on the Osloer Straße subway and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After about 25 minutes of waiting (which was completely okay for me), I was looking forward to my big kebab. When I got it, however, I was surprised: It looked more like a small student kebab very thinly topped, hardly any meat. When I asked if this was really a big kebab, I only got a short yes . Price: 9 euros. I asked for some more meat to be added which then cost another 2 euros. In the end I had a halfway okay looking kebab for a total of 11 euros. Honestly, that 's just too much for the quality on offer. I 'm from Berlin and know what a big kebab should look like you eat it with two hands, not one. Unfortunately it wasn 't worth the money today. In the future I will only visit the branch in Neukölln there you can still get what a real Big Döner kebab is supposed to be.
If you want to spend 9 euros on a salad with cheese and a bit of meat. This is absolutely right here. But do you really want a kebab for a subway station away?
Hakiki offers a classic kebab the way you want it: fresh, hearty and focused on the essentials. The ingredients are solid, the bread is crispy and the meat is well seasoned. Ideal for a quick, no-frills snack. The service is quick and the processes are well-established – perfect for a lunch break or a short stopover. If you're looking for an honest, uncomplicated kebab, you'll definitely find it here.
8 euros for half a kebab is very exaggerated. The taste is just okay. The sauce tastes good.
