Friedhard´s Lichterfelde - Berlin

Although, in terms of the ambience, food and service would not have anything to complain about, 'Friedhards', in terms of their own advertising slogan, has probably 'dezent' exaggerated or, respectively, the propagated 'unforgettable' literally seemingly surprising in a rough way inappropriate to a DL company. The bridal couple, who went to his wedding in the 'Friedhards', had only made a frame-time in writing, yet wished for an extension by telephone, which was confirmed by the restaurant... half an hour before the end of the frame-time, the nice waiter until then pointed out that he only brought a round of drinks, but the guests should be ready to break up. Nearly 15min later the same waiter arrived with the presumably Oberkellnerin, who with stressed-knittered face dared the guests that here is the conclusion that the guests and the bridal couple should immediately pack together everything gifts, own decoration etc., because soon other guests would come, while these already pulled apart the tables ... the bridal couple appendix followed double without big lift up the instructions , but the 'service' found its underground climax in the fact that after our unintentional society, against any arrangement no taxis for couple guests were called, while these in the rain! with gifts wedding-adequater Montur waited for this in vain ... neither the bridal couple offered a dry place in the locality neither the gifts put dry ... shame! But maybe the bridal couple can laugh about it after some time... would definitely be more desirable than another visit to the 'Friedhards'!

I was with a friend at the Lebensart Cafe in Berlin last Saturday. The food was excellent but we were served by a waitress who was extremely unkind and rude: first she was annoyed because when she came for orders I was on the phone,...so she went away. Then she came and was miffed because we only spoke English and she could not understand properly. When it was time to pay we had to look for her because she did not come to our table. It's a pity because the place was really cosy: I guess the owners should pay more attention to their staff!

Ive been there about a year ago.Great place,nice food berlin is a really cheap city indeed,cozy and the staff is friendly.I've been there once,I would like to visit again if I ever visit berlin again

I wish I'd been able to visit Berlin restaurant a few more times, because the food they serve is fresh, tasty and goodlooking. What is the best though is its price! If you decide to eat at Berlin, you can be sure you won't pay...over the odds. I also liked the atmospgere of the place which is very calming

This simple cafe was amazing! It had delicious food and great friendly service! It was comfortable and i liked the unique suroundings and i liked that it had lots of variaty! I definetly recomened this place for breakfast and simple lunches!
